I have been running group exercise sessions in West London since 2016.
Today I also offer tailor made personal exercise programmes and nutritional support, pre and post-natal one to one or group sessions, mummy and baby group sessions and active weekends away.

My fitness journey started later in life. As a mother of three and someone who has struggled with my weight, I know how hard it is to get started. A few years ago I was not in good shape. I was in denial about it and I felt disconnected from my body. It felt almost as if it did not belong to me, and in a way, after years spent being pregnant, breastfeeding and just being there for my children, it hadn't for a long time.
I believe that training outdoors is beneficial, especially to our mental health and sleep patterns. My own journey to fitness has taught me a lot about how once you start taking care of yourself with regular exercise and more nutritious food, your mental health tends to improve too.
I also believe that if you don’t enjoy your fitness, you will not keep it up, so I try to make each session
fun and enjoyable whilst still getting the work done.
Mari's approach is non judgmental and very accepting of everybody regardless of how fit and trim they are. She takes people where they are and then coaches forward from there. For people unsure about going to train, especially in a small group where they can't hide, it's really important fro them to know they will be welcomes and accepted
