MY JOURNEY
As my children grew, I felt it was time for me to do some growing too. When I started to look into how I myself could become a healthier, fitter and stronger person, a happy accident occurred, as I stumbled across what turned out to be my path.
If someone had told the twenty-something me that I would one day become a personal trainer, I would not have believed them, but by being curious and wanting to learn something new, I found a way of life and a job that would make me feel really happy and fulfilled.
My experience has taught me that we can all become the person we want to be if we are open to continuous growth and learning, and that is key when it comes to realising our dreams.

My fitness journey started later in life. As a mother of three and someone who has struggled with my weight, I know how hard it is to get started...
I secretly wished that I could feel differently about my body one day, but didn’t make a conscious decision to do anything about it. I tried and failed again and again, experimenting with one quick fix after the other, until one day, it just happened, thanks to the magic combination of a patient personal trainer and a supportive group of like minded individuals.
