TRAINING WITH ME
My approach to training is that I do not judge. I think that everyone has the right to be fit and healthy regardless of their age, background, body size or life style. I am a people person, and I treat everyone as an individual with unique needs and abilities. I refuse to promise miracles but I believe that as soon as you make the first step towards improving your health, you will feel better both in your body and your mind.
One to one
I care about my clients’ progress, their individual struggles and needs, so nothing beats the connection we have when we are together, when I can guide, correct and encourage my clients in person. Before booking a one to one session,
I like to have a chat to get to know my client and to discuss their goals and how we can work around injuries or concerns.
Pre and Post natal
As a mother, I really understand the importance of creating time for self-care. After all, if YOU are not healthy, who is going to look after the baby? No childcare? No problem! Bring your baby to my classes and fit in some quality playtime while your abs and glutes get some well-deserved attention too. Apart from fresh air and exercise, my top tip for a happy, healthy baby and mum is an afternoon nap for both of you.
One to One in a gym
Working out in a gym can take your training to another level. It’s a great way to learn how to use equipment safely and it’s also a lot of fun!
My clients and I will now be able to work out in this beautiful, well equipped gym. It’s a new space exclusively for personal trainers and their clients.

Online training course
My coaching sessions are available via Zoom, should you be short of time, unable to get out, or if you are travelling. My online workouts can be done in small spaces, indoors or outside, with little or no equipment.

The support found in a group is GOLD – because it provides a bit of friendly competition that will push you further, which in turn will leave you with a greater sense of achievement. Also – a group provides motivation- to get up, get into your workout gear, turn up and get through it. If you know someone is expecting you to turn up, you are much more likely to get it done.
Two to one
Why not get together for a training session with your best friend or partner? Share the fun, the sweat, and the gains, and encourage each other to keep going. I am always happy to adjust each exercise to everyone’s individual needs or abilities.
Get in touch for a chat and let me know how I can help.
I also know that not everyone has to be skinny to be fit, strong and healthy. My exercise groups are always small, so that everyone gets individual attention and guidance.
